The Nickle Plate Bar and Grill

Nestled within the picturesque Knoebels Three Ponds Golf Course, the Nickle Plate Bar & Grill appeals to both golfers and casual diners. Whether you worked up an appetite out on the course or just want to get a great burger and a beer, the Nickle Plate can make it happen.

As one of Knoebels original rides, the Nickle Plate train was brought to Knoebels in 1940 and was home to a host of memories for locals and visitors.  As Knoebels entered its 90th Anniversary season we elected to renovate the 19th Hole restaurant. We thought what better place to bring back the history and heritage of “The Grove” than to make the Nickle Plate a very special gathering place. The Nickle Plate features a casual dining atmosphere with a full service bar, family dining area, and a fantastic view overlooking the scenic Knoebels Three Ponds Golf Course.  Want to kick back and root on your favorite sports team?  Oh yeah, we have plenty of TVs to keep those sports fanatics happy, too.  So come in, relax and enjoy our outstanding food, service and atmosphere.
